  1. Definitions
    1. We operate the website www.findtransfers.com. We are FindTransfers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08207515. Our registered address is FindTransfers Ltd, First Floor Kennedy House, 31 Stamford Street, Altrincham WA14 1ES.
    2. References to “Findtransfers”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Findtransfers Ltd.
    3. References to “you”, “your”, “user” or “users” means anyone who uses www.findtransfers.com.
    4. This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the services ("Services") listed on our website www.findtransfers.com ("our site") to you.
  2. About using www.FindTransfers.com
    1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before using our Services. You should understand that by using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    2. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to use our Services.
    3. Certain parts of our site will only be accessible if you have registered your email address and password with us.
    4. Certain parts of our site rely on your acceptance of cookies to work. We use Cookies at any stage where you are "Signed In". We do not use any third party cookies on our website. If you do not agree with our use of cookies, then do not use our site.
    5. We provide an online platform through which third party taxi and transport companies or their agents (the “Suppliers”) can advertise their products or services.
    6. Our online platform allows You to make requests for quotations from the Suppliers, and to communicate with suppliers in other ways.
    7. We do not send you any unsolicited emails. When you make a request for quotations through our site, any such quotations will be sent to you in the form of emails. Suppliers may also contact you through our system in the form of email. We may also send you emails to update you on the status of any of your requests. If you do not wish to receive emails from us then you will have to close your requests.
    8. We may email you in relation to actions that you have taken in our system. For example, if you make a booking, we will email you a booking confirmation, a reminder email before a journey, and a request for you to review your experience.
    9. Although emails sent to you from our system will emanate from email addresses ending with "@findtransfers.com" we may be acting as an intermediary between you and a supplier. We are not responsible for the content of any such messages and are not liable for the content of any such messages and we are not liable for losses resulting from the content of any such messages.
    10. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that emails are sent to the intended recipients in a timely manner, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee that messages sent via our site will be delivered. We are not responsible if messages sent via our site are not delivered and we strongly advise you to contact suppliers directly if you require any information relating to your transactions with them.
    11. We are not a taxi or transport company or an agent for any taxi or transport company.
    12. We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not including those of Suppliers. We cannot give any undertaking that products or services you purchase from Suppliers, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are DISCLAIMED by us absolutely. This DISCLAIMER does not affect your statutory rights against the Supplier.
    13. If any reservation is made between You and a Supplier, the resulting legal contract is between you and the Supplier, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier, which they will advise you of themselves. You should carefully review the terms and conditions of a supplier applying to any transaction and we strongly recommend that you verify that the third party supplier's booking conditions are to your satisfaction before you make a reservation.
    14. We are not involved in any transaction between you and a Supplier, including the quality, safety or legality of the activity offered by the supplier, the truth or accuracy of the information that they have provided via our website (including the content of any advertisement, profile, message, photographs or any customer review), or the ability of the Supplier to carry out the product or service offered.
    15. We are not responsible for the safety of the products or services offered by Suppliers found on our site or the compliance with laws, rules or regulations that may be applicable to the products or services offered by suppliers on our Site in any jurisdiction.
    16. The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
    17. While we do take certain measures with the aim of assisting Users to avoid potentially fraudulent or other illegal activity of which we become aware, we assume no liability or obligation to take any such measures or actions.
    18. Commentary and other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
    19. You acknowledge and agree that you will not hold or seek to hold us responsible for the content (including content of any messages or quotes) provided by any Supplier and you further acknowledge and agree that we are not a party to any transaction between you and a Supplier. Further you acknowledge and accept that we have no control and cannot guarantee the safety of any transaction with a supplier, or any product or service offered by a supplier, or the truth and accuracy of any profile, quote, message or other content posted by Suppliers to our Site.
    20. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
    21. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

    1. You may link to our site, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

  4. Acceptable use policy
    1. You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:
      1. In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
      2. In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
      3. To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards.
      4. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
      5. To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
    2. You also agree:
      1. Not to reproduce, duplicate copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of the provisions of these terms.
      2. Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our site, any equipment or network on which our site is stored, any software used in the provision of our site; or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
  5. Content Standards
    1. These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to our site ("contributions"), such as reviews, and to any interactive services associated with it.

      5. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
    10. We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
  6. Your responsibility
    1. If you believe that any content posted on our Site is inaccurate we ask that you notify us immediately by emailing hello@findtransfers.com so that we can investigate the matter and take such steps as we think are appropriate to ensure the enjoyment of users to our Site. We are not under any obligation to take any measures at all and measures taken our in our absolute and sole discretion.
    2. If you are dissatisfied with a Supplier or activity you have found through our Site we welcome your feedback.
    3. If you do provide us with any feedback, you agree and acknowledge that:
      1. we may use or redistribute any such submission and its contents for any purpose and in any way;
      2. there is no obligation for us to review any submission; and
      3. there is no obligation to keep any submission confidential.

  7. General
    1. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). A Force Majeure Event is an event arising which is beyond our reasonable control including without limitation any industrial dispute, riot, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, natural disaster; impossibility of the use of public or private transport; impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
    2. If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these terms are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    3. These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of these terms. Each of us agrees that our only liability in respect of those representations and warranties that are set out in these terms (whether made innocently or negligently) will be for breach of contract. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud.
    4. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you use our Service, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority, or if we notify you of the change to those policies.
  8. Exclusion of liability
    1. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this Website.
    2. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded under the law of the United Kingdom.
  9. Law and jurisdiction
    1. These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
