We had a shaky start because SatNav sent the driver to the wrong place where no one was in. Unfortunately she didn’t have our contact details but once contact was made through the office she returned and was fantastic getting 2 people to Gatwick in good time for the flight.

West Dorset Taxi’s were waiting for us at Heathrow, helped us with our bags and drove us safely home. The car was clean and the driver professional. Overall, good value for money and we would definitely use West Dorset Taxi’s for any future airport drop offs or pick-ups.

Excellent service and excellent driver. On time and chose route to avoid all the traffic jams and hold ups. Large comfortable car very spacious. Driver took all the “hassle” out of travel. Two hour journey was excellent. Would definitely recommend :)
