Our delayed flight policy

“No Show” policy If a Customer fails to show at the designated pick up location a "No Show" fee equal to the cost of the trip to that location will be charged to that Customer's credit card. If a Customer cannot locate the driver at the designated pick up location and time, he must call immediately the following cell phone number +41 79 138 50 19 to avoid being charged for a "No Show". Waiting Time For airport pick-ups a 60 minutes grace period is given after the posted flight arrival time. After this period the company may at its discretion charge the Customer for the additional waiting time at CHF 60.00 per hour. Service Fees The fees applied for transfers, excursions, and hourly rentals are the ones published on the company’s internet website. These fees are subject to change without prior notice. In all cases the end price is the one agreed by the Company and the Customer at the time of reservation. Usual out of pocket expenses like tolls, parking fees and taxes are included in the rates. In case of overnight outside the Geneva region an additional charge of CHF 115.00 per night will be added to your bill.
