Driver and car excellent.
Communication Difficulty with administration in regards to getting picked up directly from our allocated address.
Snowbound Transfers has posted the following reply to this review:
Unfortunately you missed the communication. On the 29th Nov we sent you a booking confirmation explaining that it would be impossible to pick you up directly from your address in the centre of Annecy as the zone is pedestrianized. Therefore our minibus would not be able to get to you but instead we allocated a pick up point as close as possible. Annecy centre is complicated on a busy Saturday morning with lots of one way streets and we really did try our best to offer you the most convenient meeting point for your shared transfer. It is a shame that you did not read the e-mail that communicated all of this information as the overall rating would have been better!

All round good service. I was travelling on my own and the driver was good company and easy to chat to on the way. Told me some useful local knowledge and places to ride. Would definitely use them again.
