Very friendly and helpful service; very good value too...
our flight was significantly delayed but the driver waited and was very friendly and accommodating.
Despite asking for an extra large van to transport 4 bikes, the van which arrived at the airport was too small. A bigger van was immediately despatched and arrived quickly.

Our Transfer experience with P.B.A. was excellent and they could not be faulted. Our Airline changed both our arrival and return flight times multiple times before we were due to fly in resulting in many many emails with the company advising them of the changes, all met with courtesy and prompt response. Our flight then on the arrival day was delayed by over 4 hours, still as soon as we stepped off the plane Our P.B.A driver was waiting to collect us with a sign and promptly took us 4 adults and 3 children to the nearby vehicle for our 1.5 hour transfer. We requested our pick up transfer at 9.40 am and the driver arrived exactly at the appointed time with no fuss or delay. This company from my recent experience appears reliable and excellent value, highly recommend.

Car seats not provided upon pick up for 3 young children & driver late on return pick up. Emails were answered quickly with a simple ‘yes’ or ‘ok’ response. No one answered phone when trying to call number provided when no driver showed up on return. Everything worked out but was a bit stressful. Return driver gave discount due to lateness.

Everything about pbs was good, the punctuality the vehicle, driver etc.
The only fault we had was that we paid the first driver in full after the first journey but did not get a receipt in any way and after being picked up and taken to the airport by the second driver, he thought we had to pay him and I had to explain using a translator app as he didn’t speak English that we had already paid.
A simple receipt would have sorted this, but it was not a big issue.

We overslept for early morning return flight black. Fortunately we called & driver did return & made the flight with plenty of time.

€50 euros for two 15 minute journeys to and from Pisa airport is expensive but I had no other option ,good service but could do with being perhaps €10-€15 euros cheaper overall to be in line with other companies that I was told about after booking when I was in Pisa .good service tho .
