The driver that met us was holding our name on a smart phone which is difficult to see in a busy airport, he was wearing a tracksuit, was not very friendly, did not speak English and did not offer any help with our two trolleys of luggage even though my wife and I were travelling with a 70 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old. It was quite a walk to where the cars were parked - in the past with a different company at Vienna we have been taken to a vehicle in the car park outside the terminal. The second driver that we met in the car park was lovely, spoke good English and was much smarter. It would have created a much better impression if he had met us in the arrivals hall.

NTD were outstanding. Our flight was delayed by over one hour but NTD was waiting for our transfer. The return transfer was on time. Both drivers were courteous. The cars were immaculate. I would definately recommend this company.
