Transfer from Barcelona Airport to ApartHotel Costa Encantada booked through FindTransfers
The journey from BCN to Lloret de Mar was excellent, they way back was the opposite. We booked the service for 5:30am, after multiple calls the driver showed up only a few minutes before 6. It was 6:05 when we finally left the hotel, but that 35 mins chaos was not how you want to end your vacation.
Even though they apologized, it is hard to be objective in this review.

Great company had to change my hotel last minute and that was no issue for them. My flights was delayed by 1 hour and driver was waiting patiently.
On return change my pick up time again that was no issue for them. Driver was really nice, friendly and helpful.

Way to the Hotel:
Positive:
Driver was waiting at the airport with sign - which was very good.
Driver was friendly and helpful.
Negative:
The requested kids seat was not provided - safety was not given
Driver was unbelievable tired and we were scared the complete hour driving on the road
Back to the Airport
Positive:
This time all requested kids seats were in the coach
Driver was friendly and helpful
Negative:
Driver was 10 minutes late which made it quite hectic at the airport

Car seats were provided. Driver was very pleasant, polite and very helpful. Great service, very happy. Would highly recommend
