Very friendly and professional drivers. Responsive to messages in making the booking. Outbound driver waited for our delayed plane without complaint. Return driver turned up right on time.
But let down by sending a smaller car than booked for the return journey despite specifically confirming the vehicle in the booking process - confirmed a V-class merc which we got outbound (a shiny new one, with acres of legroom and space) but return was a normal estate car, which was uncomfortable for a 2.5hr transfer for 4 adult-sized people plus driver.
