Transfer from Lisbon to Porto booked through FindTransfers

Driver has problem finding hotel. We had to help him using google maps after he went in circles for 10 minutes.

We appreciate your feedback in order to improve constantly our services.
Therefore, in order to clarify some of the points you've illustrated (or lacked to do so): your flight was delayed and without any notice nor issues, we maintained your booking.
Secondly - and we do apologize for this - we're a Lisbon based company. We are not familiar with all the hotels in Porto and especially those that do not have visible ID.
Unlike what you've stated, you did not provide any help - Google maps or otherwise, finding the hotel.
The driver executed the drop off exclusively on his own which took him 5 extra minutes in a 3 hour service only because it's a one way-street district.
Finally, you did not take into account any of the information sent regarding payment - which you did not have at all - and insisted you had paid previously which you had not, at all - taking 30 extra minutes and delaying the return of the human being and vehicle.
Unfortunately, you did not take that into account.

Given the rating you've just provided, we must add, we're quite surprised with your email the following day requesting the return trip.
We did not have availability which is the reason why we could not operate it. As a reply: this is your review.

Transfer from Lisbon Airport to 9 Hotel Mercy booked through FindTransfers

The cars were waiting both on arrival and departure times arranged. Cars were able to take all 6 of us with luggage as booked and cars were clean and smart. Drivers spoke perfect English and the pick up driver when we arrived was particularly nice and helpful with local information and a friendly demeanour. I can highly recommend this company

Magnificat Tours exceeded our expectations! Our driver was genuinely welcoming, and although he had to wait over an hour, while we cleared customs etc., he said it was just part of his job, and no problem at all. The fare was very reasonable, and our driver arrived well ahead of time. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received upon our arrival into Portugal. Thank you!

Transfer from Lisbon to Tomar booked through FindTransfers

This service was fantastic. They arrived at the Lisbon port on time and the price was extremely reasonable for a 2 hour transfer for two with luggage. Vehicle was a modern Audi .
The driver stayed with us when we reached our destination in Tomar and translated everything the housekeeper was telling us about our new accommodation, which he didn’t need to do . He just offered .
I couldn’t recommend more highly .
The company should value this driver.

It so happens that the minivan initially booked to transport you broke down in the dawn transfers
As you can imagine it is impossible to fix a car at dawn on the weekend
Although it would be much easier to simply telephone you and cancel - we went above and beyond to find another car
Despite not finding the same make and model we found a suitable AC car 6 seater for your transportation
