Transfer from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Marina Di Venezia booked through FindTransfers

After a little confusion of the name, we were taken out to the large, comfortable taxi. We requested a booster seat for a 3 year old and a baby seat for a 5 month old, but they supplied 2 booster seats. Not a problem. The transfer was safe and smooth.

Quoted €84 , got to airport and driver denied he was there to collect us then demanded €130 to take us to destination knowing we had no other option.

Venice Black Car has posted the following reply to this review:

we had problems with the minivan and we arrived late but you were gone. you simply paid the standard rate
we came for the return to pick you up and offer the trip for free but you did not show up.

The transfer was superb. The very courteous and helpful Simone met us at Marco Polo airport and delivered us safely to Lignano in the early hours of the morning. He was an excellent driver and thoughtful, offering us a comfort break. In top of this the price was excellent and we would use this company again and recommend to everyone! Thank you.

According to the offer we got from the company we could have paid with card or cash, but when we got to the airport the driver told us that the cardreader was broken.
Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Cannot fault this company on this transfer. Accommodation was difficult to locate but driver went out of his way to deliver clients safely to their location. (including driving around for almost one hour to find.)
