Transfer from Milas–Bodrum Airport (BJV) to Gümbet booked through FindTransfers

The man that met me from the airport spoke no English, I paid him the full amount for return journey, which was obviously a mistake. Then the man that picked me up from hotel to go back to airport also spoke no English and could not understand that I had already paid my return journey. It was late and he could not find anyone to confirm I had paid. We had stood there trying to sort it out for about 1/2 hour and in the end I had just had to pay another €25 so the whole trip cost me €75 so was not impressed. Won’t bother with them again would be cheaper to get cab at airport .

Everything was great.
The only complaint is that the driver who was returning us to Antalya Airport asked us to pay for the service even though we paid for the entire return service when we landed in Antalya the Hsc Travel representative who greeted us.

The pick up on arrival was perfect and the vehicle quality was too. However for our return to the airport the transfer was 75 minutes late and there were a litany of pathetic excuses. I even sent the GPS coordinates by WhatsApp but the transfer went to a different location. We barely made our flight, which was 4:40 minutes, and as a result had no time for food at the airport.

Or flight was delayed by 1hr and when we arrived there was no driver. We waited for 20mins to see if he'd arrive and I eventually rang the emergency tel no twice and was told the driver had made an error and was on his way. A further 20mins he arrived. Paid €120 once dropped at hotel as requested. Picked up for transfer back to airport (2wks later), driver was on time. However, got to Izmir airport only for driver to refuse to allow us to leave until we paid him €120. I repeatedly tried to explain that we had paid on arrival and he was having none of it. Again, I had to ring the emergency tel no and get confirmation of my payment and for them to speak with their driver so we could be free to go and check in at the airport. I have been charged over £10 for calling international nos outwith my plan, which is annoying. I would not use HSC Travel again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
