On going to resort the driver was unsure were the hotel was located I had supplied name and address
On return he brought the transfer forwrad 1 hour stating it was for traffic, his family were waiting at airport on our drop off to be picked up , this is NOT acceptable !!

Excellent! Everything was very good and still it was the cheapest alternative I could find. Quick replies/confirmations and the day before departure we were contacted both by e-mail and through what’sapp where they proposed an earlier pick up-time due to heavy traffic. Good car and driver!
