I cannot praise Herwig highly enough. He was waiting for us at Innsbruck airport on the way out, and was superb, but it was the return journey where he truly went above and beyond for us.
St Anton was closing and going into quarantine a day earlier than our scheduled pick up. Herwig reacted immediately and came to pick us up straight away, which he didn’t need to do. He worked really hard to get to us and also to get us out of the resort - worrying times but he was excellent! Thank you!!

I booked a transfer with findtransfers and the driver was very arrogant with us. He told that my 13 year old daughter broke the set table and made us pay 65€ for it, even after we told that it was already broken. He even said it was a new bus although it had 180000 kms!
He was very aggressive with me and the children and refuse to accept the return transfer.
