Excellent service would recommend to others. Excellent value compared to other companies. Driver was excellent and vehicle was in good condition and very clean.

Transfer from Grenoble Airport to Alpe d'Huez booked through FindTransfers

Our two return transfers from this company did not arrive at all, we also could not get in contact with anyone from the company to get any information! I tried emailing, texting and calling any of the numbers that were provided and got no response! This caused a lot of stress for the group! One driver did eventually turn up 40 minutes late but he was from a different company, luckily he was great and able to organise another transfer for us from his company. He was also able to tell us that a driver from Eternity was on his way but would be another hour, this would have made us too late for our flight. Overall we provided the pick up time well in advance to this company and they did not pick us up on time and created a massive amount of stress for us at the end of the holiday. I would not recommend booking this company at all! Also I still haven't heard anything from this company since returning home. No contact or replies to any of my original messages and no apology!

after multiple checks
you were well taken care of by our services for the outward and for the return in any case as you say we were present since we made your ascent and your descent this is completely false your comment and not really honest of your part
one of our drivers was late and was replaced by another, apart from waiting 40 minutes for the additional driver, which did not cause any problems on your flight.
first vehicle was on time.
moreover we answered well by telephone, jean marie you even to call several times
to keep you informed.
I think you are exaggerating in your words and not telling the truth that is not correct at all
in any case it is our company that transported you

Good commentary on all things of interest on journey. Took backroads to avoid bad traffic jam on motorway very scenic. Would definitely use again and recommend to others

Avoid this company. Based on our experience, if you are lucky the taxi comes late and if you're not, it might not show up at all.

as you had noticed when you went up to the ski resort, no problem, your return was planned for a subcontractor who put us in an unacceptable situation for you and for us of course.
we found in collaboration with your hotel an emergency repatriation solution and moreover we proposed a reimbursement of the difference in cost of your return and you knew it very well
we can understand your dissatisfaction but you should also understand that it was beyond my control and above all we did not abandon you at all far from the
