Transfer from Chambéry Airport to Alpe d'Huez booked through FindTransfers

We had great service from eternity limousine when booking a private family transfer from Chambery to Alpe d’Huez return. The correct car seats were installed and they kept in touch with us when collecting and picking us up, would def use again.

Transfer from Grenoble to Tignes Val Claret 2200 booked through FindTransfers

Transfer from Grenoble arrived a few minutes after we had got there. There were meant to be 18 of us, so three 8 seater vehicles had been provided for us. However, there were only 16 of us as the other two couldn't make it. The shuttle company then decided to drop one of the vehicles and cramp us all in the remaining two vehicles. this was uncomfortable for a three hour drive to Tignes, especially since we had made the payments for 18 people.

the return was the same, two vehicles were supplied. I spoke with our handler, who was happy to knock off 300 euros off our price, but i would have rather paid the money for the comfort of the trip, and not to feel like sardines in the vehicle.

we had 3 vehicles available for you.
it cost salaries, travel etc. for nothing. without telling us beforehand but just when you arrive
indeed we gave you a discount of 300 euros because you were only 16 people and did not want to pay for more which is normal that we leave only two vehicles is not three we provided you
two renault trafic extra long nine 2021 for your transport, these are the largest on the market today.

this during your drivers were there when you arrived as you knew you had to send a message when the plane landed and you picked up your luggage. the few minutes is the time that the drivers are looking for you at the airport.
if you wanted to have the 3 vehicles it was not a problem, it was enough just to say it we would have been delighted to do it and it would have avoided our driver being paid for nothing and paying a rental for nothing
in the meantime, you were happy to have 300 euros less to pay, weren't you?
for soldiers this is really limited and really not fair on your part

The cheapest option available, definitely did not feel it!
No signs of any corners cut on quality.

If I could use again for another trip, I certainly will.

Great communication from this company and waited for us on a very delayed flight in. Much appreciated. The minibuses are comfy and smart. The driver on the way back was quite fast at times which wasn't quite as relaxing as we'd have ideally wanted. Overall though good service.

All was good taxi was 1 hour late to collect us from the airport. On return it was all on time.

indeed there was a little delay you were the last passengers of the driver of the day who suffered traffic jams "which I found in our plans
because in Maurienne the authorities have set a traffic light"
which causes traffic problems and very increased driving times without anyone being able to do otherwise and it seems to me on the dates of the weather also if I'm not mistaken?
jean marie had to keep you informed in good time
however
we were happy to have you as a client and hope to see you again next year with us
we will be delighted to receive you.
I strongly advise you to take the first flight in the morning because from 9:30 am it is complicated to know your exit with customs control etc.
especially the roads are still fluid until 9:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m. later it's much more complicated

Transfer from Val Claret to Lyon Airport booked through FindTransfers

The vehicle arrived 1 hour 45 mins late.
The Eternity Limousine coordinator never called - I had to call them for updates.
The coordinator and driver blamed the weather and justified the lateness based on still being enough time to make the flight.
The driver got angry and threatened to cancel the transfer.
The vehicle was too small for our agreed luggage requirements. The ski rack was only big enough for 3 ski bags. We had booked for 8 ski bags. We had to lose a seat and 3 people had to squeeze onto 2 seats.
Our vehicle crashed into the car in front at a pedestrian crossing.
The driver nearly fell asleep at the wheel. He was yawning and the vehicle was weaving erratically on the road.
Our flight got cancelled while we were still 1 hour away from the airport. We were therefore unable to talk to any airport staff to make alternative arrangements. By the time we were able to respond to the cancellation, no flights were available back to UK from any of Lyon, Grenoble, Chambery or Geneva.
The coordinator saw an opportunity to try and get more money from us to divert to Geneva, saying that the airline or insurer would pay for it.

Phoned in advance to let us know running 30
Mins late due to snowy rod conditions, which was excellent and meant not left waiting. Careful good driver. Arrived at airport in good time. Good service.

Transfer from Grenoble to La tania booked through FindTransfers

Lovely clean vehicles, picked up promptly both from the airport and the chalet to go home. Driver on the journey to the resort was very fast, using side roads to get round the traffic which was a bit hairy at times! Driver on the journey back to the airport was great. But overall a very good service
