Transfer was excellent in both directions. Our driver was really friendly and helpful. The taxi was clean and comfortable and the wi-fi went down a treat with the kids! Would definitely use again and would certainly recommend.

on our outward journey we received a phone call saying that he couldn't make it and could we find another taxi service. this was only an hour before we were due to leave. he eventually turned up but we thought it most unprofessional . on our return we waited almost an hour for him to turn up at the airport.

Taxi arrive on time to pick us up , journey was excellent very pleasant driver and he was there to pick us up when we returned from our holiday and delivered us safely home. Would certainly use him again and would definitely recommend.

Couldn't be faulted. Excellent communication on both departure and arrival. Bottles of water on board the minibus and then milk when picked up.
Would highly recommend and will use again.

Transfer from Liverpool Pier Head Ferry Terminal to Village Hotel Blackpool booked through FindTransfers
45 minutes late for first pickup and then didn’t show up for second pickup. Messages me saying there was a fault with transport but wouldn’t answer calls then we had to get a taxi at our own expense (£140) which he reimbursed but we were late and almost missed our boat. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hi Samuel, thank you for your feedback, as sent in the email explaining what happend to the vehicle, the driver informed us he had broken down on the motorway and couldn't hear anything on the phone because of the passing traffic, we tried our upmost to make sure we had a minibus straight over to you, the GPS shows you arrived for the boat 120mins before it departed.
Again i apologise for the inconvenience and I'm glad you made it home ok and have received the koney to cover all costs.

Great service. Would definitely use again. Pick up on arrival was a little late but collection on the way back to the airport was in plenty of time. Bottles of water in the car was a great touch. Thank you.
