We tried calling the number provided.
Finally asked another guide to help us.
He found the company but than we had to wait
Another half hour to get a driver to take us to hotel

The transfer pick-up was complicated due to flight delay and guest’s phone not working at first.

When we arrived at the airport, we were advised that the driver is still not available and we will need to wait for 30-40 mins. After a 20 hour flight, this was the last thing we wanted to hear.
Upon persuasion, another driver was allocated in 20 mins or so.

they dont tell you you have to meet with 20 other peple
i waited 40 minutes for my cab driver to arrive
once i got in the cab, they told me wrong cab so i had to leave the cab
disaster at 2am
