Our driver was slightly late for the pick up on arrival but we understand that there can be traffic delays. However, on the return journey, the pick up was 45 minutes late and we had to contact the company to find out what was happening. From that point their communication was excellent and we were not actually heading straight for our flight so didn't panic but it could have been very stressful had we not been in that position.
Again, we recognise that these things happen with drivers delayed either by traffic or a late arriving previous pick up. We would certainly give them a second chance if we are back in the Faro area. Both our drivers were helpful and chatty about the area, etc.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately sometimes exceptionally things can change suddenly and compromise our drivers job.
Your collection delay was just simply due to the fact that our driver has been delayed by his previous customers on their collection, so next customer that was you have been naturally the affected one.
As you can check on all our previous reviews, punctuality is one of our standards so we believe that next time you will have no issues with our company for sure.
