We stayed in Los Alcázares for 5 weeks, and had two sets of visitors during that time. Our visitors and us all used the service. The minibus/taxi turned up on time for every journey booked and the drivers were excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Without going into to war and Piece they did not turn up for return transfer and advised us last minute after three emails as would not answer phone to get our own way to Airport and they would refund any costs..........we eventually got to Same with 5 mins to spare on gate closing Stress was not the ward then they would not pay for additional cost........

Transfer from Región de Murcia International Airport to Euromarina booked through FindTransfers

The transfer itself was faultless.
Driver with name board waiting, short walk to bus, quick transfer.
Trouble finding address and driver got a bit stressed, not helped by his lack of English and our lack of Spanish. It was late, 0100, everyone a bit tense so we said to just drop us at the Urbanisation and we’d find our key holder.
Now we booked return transfer for €80 and were asked to pay the driver. I assumed we’d pay the inbound driver €40 then return driver €40 but we were asked to pay the full €80 which seemed odd. The driver, using google translate after calling someone (?) said fine, pay 40 and find a new lift back,voila! His words!! Welcome to Spain.
Thankfully our key holder arrived, spoke Spanish, calmed the driver down, agreed it was an odd process but witnessed us pay the full amount.
For the return I did email to check collection time, 3 times as no reply and got a curt “0830 as agreed” but thankfully the driver arrived on time, was helpful, polite and chatty.
So in short, transfer good but drivers hit and miss. We would use again but would hope not to experience driver on arrival and my driver rating below is due to him.

Autocares Lorca Bus has posted the following reply to this review:

Good morning, thanks for your review that helps us improve. Not all of our drivers speak English, but in defense of the driver I will say that he is not one of our most experienced drivers. The problem comes when you put Euromarina in the reservation and you do not know the street you are going to or the correct location, there the problems begin.
With regard to the payment, in the confirmation email the company policy is attached, which is the payment in the first transfer of the total amount and resolves all doubts about your collection. I am sorry that the driver could not communicate well, but for the transfer to go well it is necessary to read the confirmation email and that the reservation information is as complete as possible.

Due to be picked up 1.50pm email from them to arrange earlier 1.20pm..... outside apartment did not turn up emailed company at 2.00pm eventually reply would be 15mins 20 mins later no show emailed again as they were not answering phone told to get alternative transport as problem they would pay back cost..... Got to airport 5 mins before baggage closed and managed to get bags checked in then had to Run to Luther end of building get through passport and security when got to gate was closed porter managed to get us on board.
Got home sent email to Autobus to be told they would not pay for transfer as we did not have a receipt if we had been advised to get one which we were at no point told we would have..... then missed check in missed flight and had to get another flight
Totally appalled by the emails sent by them to Stage they even said they had sacked driver we were out of pocket..... Never use these again Find Transfer were excellent and Matt Joy and the Team sorted out our transfer costs so to them Thank You To Auto Bus never use again and will never recommend to anyone our bill on checking flights would have bee. Over 340euros for the sake of a receipt ..........I have copies of emails if I see any denial on site
