Transfer from Geneva Airport to La Clusaz booked through FindTransfers

Mousse was an exceptional driver, doing everything in his power to get us to our destination on time. Our return journey to Geneva changed last minute, after the French President closed borders, and Mousse took us to Lyon Airport for no additional cost. He kept us updated with all information being passed down from the president throughout the week. I cannot fault the service he provided. We will definitely use his services again.

Transfer from Geneva Airport to Les Esserts booked through FindTransfers

Absolutely brilliant.

We were up the mountains in a ski resort when France went on lockdown. Mousse rang us to make sure we were OK and had food - that is above and beyond any expectation!

Then when France closed the borders, he moved heaven and earth to ensure we got back to the airport in Geneva.

Would certainly use again and would very much recommend.

Transfer from Geneva International Airport (GVA) to Les Arc 2000 Chalet des Neiges- Les Arolles booked through FindTransfers

Our driver, Mousse , was brilliant. Helpful, professional , and friendly. We had alot of non travel problems on the outward journey and Mousse helped us. He also phoned to warn about earlier pick up times due to heavy traffic on the return journey. Travelling at half term is always difficult but he was exceptional.

Alp1 communicated very well throughout the booking. They were very efficient and the bus was in perfect condition. There was a lot of traffic but Mousse got us there as fast as possible. On the return he was very punctual and even waited outside for our friend with a bank card they had left behind.

Transfer from Geneva Airport to Méribel booked through FindTransfers

We didn’t have the smoothest flight into Geneva with an initial delay then chaos in the baggage area with two ski bags going missing.

Mousse was very patient in waiting for us even though this added an extra 2-3 hours to his anticipated journey. On the return journey he arrived in plenty of time. He was quick to communicate at all stages of the process.

Vehicle was spacious with additional trailer for luggage which worked well for us with numerous ski bags.

I’d absolutely recommend Mousse and his company.

As a word of wisdom I’d leave plenty of time for getting through Geneva airport when making bookings this season. It appears they are in the process of upgrading oversize baggage carousel which apparently led to the chaos (even more so than previous years).
