Transfer from Chambéry Airport to Tignes booked through FindTransfers

Met from outbound flight ok. Return driver did not have a pick up address meaning he was late.

I had provided company with this information

Was a little stressed but made our flight.

Alfa Transfers has posted the following reply to this review:

Dear Paul, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by your return transfer, however, we checked your reservation and it appears that you did not provide us with a complete accommodation address, but only the street name in Tignes. Moreover, you never replied to our e-mails when we asked to clarify this information. Also, your telephone number given in the reservation was wrong, and we could not get in touch with you at the time when the driver arrived to pick you up but could not find you. Fortunately, you called the driver directly as our team has sent you his phone number one day before transfer and you met immediately. This case clearly shows that it is very important to reply to all our e-mails and provide with all the details, as well as double-check the information which you provide at the time of the booking.

The van, driver and trip was very good. Just the van came 15 minutes late, but I called the company and they were able to reach the driver and call me back to apologize and say the exact time the van would arrive. Highly recommend

Transfer from Geneva to Arc 1950 Le Village booked through FindTransfers

The service was good and the communication via email was effective. The service from Geneva was very good and price was reasonable relative to a hire car. I booked within 48 hrs of the flight and paid a deposit then asked to pay in full. I was initially nervous as not used the company before and noted the phone contact numbers were based in Latvia and not France. This is because the company use many Latvian drivers. I need not have worried as the service was very good and tipped the drivers.

Excellent service driver was waiting for us at Geneva Airport carried our bags to the car, car was spotless, excellent safe driver up to Méribel. On return I changed the time slightly it was no problem driver was there waiting for us at 06:00 on Boxing Day.

Really great service from Alfa transfer for recent return journey from Geneva airport to Annecy - the team were very helpful and quick to answer queries. They also tracked our flight time as our outbound flight was delayed and adjusted the pick up time to suit. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. The was driver was also very efficient.
