Transfer from Terminal Crociere Amerigo Vespucci to Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) booked through FindTransfers

I reserved with Airport Shuttle because of the price and the understanding the pickup would be at the cruise ship, not the cruise port entry point. The morning of the pick up I was told by the dispatcher that I would need to take the port shuttle to the port entry point for pickup. Also, the driver did not speak English, another expectation I had but it was not met.

Transfer from Albergo Dei Leoni to Ciampino Airport booked through FindTransfers

Unfortunately our recent experience with Airport Shuttle was not a good experience. We were a group of 6 ladies transferring from Fiumincino Airport in Rome to Assisi on a journey that should have taken approximately 2hrs 20 minutes, but in fact took 5hrs 30 minutes. This resulted in us not arriving in our accommodation until 01.45hrs in the morning which was completely unacceptable. We received no explanation or apology throughout from our driver, and Airport Shuttle did not attempt to contact us either with an apology. When I emailed them 2 days later their response was equally unsatisfactory, as expected, with no apology nor any effort to compensate us in any way.
To make matters worse when it came to our return transfer to the airport 9 days later, we received a text 45 minutes before pick up to say Airport Shuttle could not do the transfer because the minivan had broken down!! This left us stranded in Montoterondo with limited time to get another taxi. We would undoubtedly have missed our flight if we had not had the assistance of the brilliant Elenia, hotel receptionist, who spent over 45 minutes contacting many taxi firms until she finally secured one for us, just getting us to the airport on time for our flight.
I firmly believe Airport Shuttle deliberately cancelled our return transfer because of our complaint email.
Suffice it to say our experience with Airport Shuttle was not good at all, and on this experience only, I personally would not recommend this company, despite the fact that l originally chose them because of their good reviews in the past. I am at a loss as to know what suddenly happened with this reputable company when it came to our transfers....definitely was unprofessional and very disappointing!!

Airport Shuttle Italy provided a quality service with spotless cars, polite and expert drivers who arrived on time and expertly transported my party through the chaotic Rome traffic system. Transfers went without a hitch both from being met at the airport late at night and at the end of our stay when returning from the hotel. Price-wise they were very competitive and coupled with the expert and friendly assistance of Find Transfers are recommended without hesitation.

The company we chose from the selections provided was Airport Shuttles Italy and they did a outstanding job. Our driver Andrea picked us up at the Airport on time, was very personable and professional and the ride to Cortona was enjoyable. Andrea also picked us up in Cortona, again on time, and dropped us off at our hotel in Rome. Having the same driver for both transfers was a surprise and a bonus. We would definitely use Airport Shuttles Italy again.

Due to a transportation strike on the day our transfer telephoned prior to pickup time that he would be late by ten minutes and arrived within that time. Vehicle was excellent and everything ran smoothly.

Both transfers were amazing!!! Our first flight we was delayed by 2 hours and the transfer had to come at midnight but was there on time. The second was nice and early and both drove appropriately. Would 100% recommend them!
