Transfer from ST. MORITZ to INNSBRUCK booked through FindTransfers
The driver was pleasant but appeared to be under time pressure because as we approached our destination she began to speed and became vocally frustrated with other drivers. She beeped a woman crossing a pedestrian crossing in front of her car. The driver was also unable to find our hotel and after 2 circles of the area left us in the vicinity to find the hotel ourselves.

Transfer from Innsbruck to Gartenhotel Erika booked through FindTransfers
Changed time of our return transfer to earlier time without our agreement. When we objected, the individual I was speaking to basically told us to take it or leave it. When I protested, he said he was the owner and literally said it wasn't the customer who decided the time of the return transfer, it was him and that he'd been in the business for a long time and I was only a customer and didn't know how things worked. When I tried to complain he literally wouldn't listen, kept talking over me, repeating the same thing in a tirade, never letting me speak and eventually repeatedly putting the phone down on me as I tried to call to reason with him.
I can only guess he must have agreed to another more profitable transfer and wanted to squeeze it in to our inconvenience. Shocking really, never had such bad service anywhere in years of going to Austria. NB the transfer to resort was fine.

Two very different journeys with this company. From Innsbruck airport, car was dirty inside and driver used his mobile twice for calls, keeping only one hand on the steering wheel on the motorway! But journey back to the airport was excellent, in a very clean people- carrier with a courteous, helpful driver who drove with skill and care.
