fine big mini bus, driver was there to great us very nice and friendly, I got a text the day before our departure about the time of the pick up, we got the same driver very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this company plus they were the cheapest quote that we got

In the add the company advertised you could pay up front I tried this twice the person did not speak English on arrival there was no driver we contacted the company but the person did not speak English we had to find a coach transfer and organise our own taxi return

As you can read in all our criticisms are always positive, your case was, as I said an error in our system that I do not understand how it could happen. I apologize.

Transfer from Alicante Airport (ALC) to Luxcenter booked through FindTransfers

I booked a return transfer from Alicante Airport to Benidorm for six people. The driver who was well presented and polite met us in the arrivals hall and took us to the mini bus a short walk away. Our accommodation was situated in the heart of the old town, unfortunately the mini bus was unable to access this area (I think because a permit was required) so we were dropped off and picked up next to the Hotel Madeira a 10 minute walk away. One of our party had mobility problems and the walk could have been worse if it had been raining. I believe that ADMBUS should have addressed this issue prior to the journey as we expected a "door to door" transfer.

The vehicle we used for your transfer was an 8-passenger Minivan, and the driver left you as close as possible to your hotel, that area of Benidorm is of restricted use for all, only residents and cars can deliver goods, to us they do not let us access or with permits. I feel that you have to walk, but every time we have clients staying in this area the same thing happens to us. I hope your vacation was as expected.
