Was waiting at airport as scheduled and did a great job getting us there despite horrible traffic. Avoided the main toll roads which kept us moving. Was right on time for collection and got us safely to the airport in plenty of time. Was responsive to slightly earlier pick to ensure any traffic issues were avoided.

Second booking with Christian. Our collection from Geneva was as smooth as expected but our return transfer was stressful. One of Christian's other drivers was meant to collect us, there was some confusion over the time but we were expecting to be collected by 6.30pm latest (we had requested and been ready since 6pm). We called Christian just after 6.30pm and it transpired (after he contacted the driver), that the driver was still at least 20 minutes away in traffic but he hadn't communicated that to Christian nor to us. We ended up being taken to the airport by our chalet hosts. I understand it was a bad transfer day and traffic was poor but communication needs to be better in a situation like that - if we had know what was happening, we could have set off much earlier and were just lucky our hosts could step in and we caught our flight. Christian was a lifesaver on a previous trip - also on a terrible transfer day - and I want to leave a totally positive review but this was a disappointment and I felt bad for the rest of our party because I made the transfer arrangements.
