Transfer from Lyon Airport to Les arc 1950 booked through FindTransfers
We booked a transfer from Lyon Airport to Les Arcs for our skiing holiday.
When we arrived on March 14th in France the driver was waiting with my name on a board and drove us up to Les Arcs.
Unfortunately our trip was cut short by the Coronavirus outbreak and we had to change our booking for an earlier transfer back to the airport. I emailed the 4F Transfers company to ask if the change would be possible and they emailed back immediately saying they would be able to help and to just let them know our new time and date.
The situation in France then became a lockdown and 4F Transfers called me to say they would have to transfer us earlier than planned to Lyon Airport.
They picked us up at 6am the following morning and were efficient, understanding and above all put themselves out to get us off the mountain at a time when they could have refused the journey and left us really stuck.
The level of customer service was excellent and we were extremely grateful that they were able to provide the transfer for us at a time of worry and concern.
I would recommend this company. They will not let you down.

4F Transfer were great. Communication was good up until the day we arrived, they were at the airport waiting, the vans had bottled water and some chocolate :)
We were evacuated from Val Thorens (Coronavirus) and they were able to adjust our return trip to pick us up the very next day (monday) and take us to a different airport to ensure we got out safely and at no extra cost. Very much appreciated and a very good price. Highly recommend

Last weekend, we arrived at and departed from Lyon airport for probably one of the busiest ski weeks of the season. We booked this company 3 months previously so our main fear would have been that there was a no show by the driver. But, from the moment of our first contact with the company last November we always felt that they were fully reliable and professional and that turned out to be the case. The driver was easily contactable the day we arrived and was waiting at the appointed time for us at the hotel in our resort to bring us to the airport on our return journey. Top class service.
